What do the different sizes actually look like?

Our plush toys come in a range of sizes so you can find the perfect fit — whether it's a cuddle companion or a statement piece for a room!

• 70cm – About the size of a large cat. Great for toddlers and younger children.
• 100cm – Roughly waist-height on an average adult. A popular gifting size.
• 130cm – Chest-height on most adults. Ideal for big hugs!
• 160cm – Nearly as tall as an average person. A real showstopper.
• 200cm – Taller than most adults. Perfect for the ultimate plush lover.
• 260cm – Our largest size — a true giant that fills a room with joy.

Tip: Measurements are approximate and taken from head to toe when the toy is laid flat.

Will the size look the same as in the photos?

Our product photos include size references where possible. If you're unsure, feel free to contact us and we'll help you choose the right size.

What are your plush toys made from?

Our plush toys are crafted from high-quality, soft PP cotton filling and plush fabric. They're designed to be irresistibly soft while being durable enough for everyday cuddles.

Are they safe for children?

Yes! Our toys meet UK and EU safety standards. However, toys with small parts or accessories are recommended for children aged 3 and over. Always check the individual product listing for age guidance.

Are the materials hypoallergenic?

Our plush toys are made with soft, skin-friendly materials. If your child has specific allergies or sensitivities, please get in touch before purchasing and we'll be happy to advise.

How do I clean my plush toy?

To keep your plush looking its best:

• Spot clean with a damp cloth and mild detergent for small marks.
• Hand wash in cool water for a more thorough clean.
• Do not machine wash — this can damage the filling and fabric.
• Air dry only — keep away from direct heat sources like radiators or tumble dryers.
• Gently brush the fur back into shape once dry.

Can I put it in the washing machine?

We recommend against machine washing as it can affect the shape and softness of the toy. Spot cleaning or gentle hand washing is the safest option.

🚚 Delivery

How long does delivery take?

All Products will take less than 14 Days to Arrive (excluding weekends).

We process all orders within 24 hours, and we aim to dispatch all orders within 1–3 business days. Estimated delivery times after dispatch:

• UK – 2–5 business days (7-12 business days if not in UK Stock)
• Europe (EU) – 7–12 business days
• International – 10–14 business days

Please note that delivery times are an estimate and may vary. Especially during busy periods such as Christmas.

Will I receive tracking information?

Yes — once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details so you can follow your plush on its journey to you.

🔄 Returns & Exchanges

What is your returns policy?

We want you to love your plush toy! If you're not completely satisfied, you can return your item within 30 days of receipt, provided it is unused and in its original packaging. Please contact us to arrange a return.

What if my order arrives damaged?

We're sorry to hear that! Please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order with photos of the damage and we'll make it right as quickly as possible.

Can I exchange for a different size or colour?

Yes, exchanges are available subject to stock. Please get in touch and we'll do our best to help.

Are your plush toys suitable as gifts?

Absolutely — they make wonderful gifts for birthdays, Christmas, Valentine's Day, and more! Our larger sizes in particular make a real impression and are hard to forget.

Do you offer gift wrapping?

We don't currently offer gift wrapping, but our plush toys arrive beautifully packaged and ready to gift.

Can I include a personalised message?

We don't currently offer personalised messages at checkout, but this is something we're exploring. Watch this space!
