ORDER PROCESSING:

Please allow 6 Hours to process your order. Expect an email within 48 Hours to let you know your order is on the way!

FLAT RATE SHIPPING 

Orders are generally shipped within 2 Days using Royal Mail Tracked 48. Flat rate shipping fee of £50+ applies to orders shipping to locations outside of the UK.

For calculated shipping rates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. 

For simple flat rate shipping: We offer £50 flat rate shipping to Countries in Europe:
Albania, Andorra, Austria, Belarus, Belgium, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Iceland, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Liechtenstein, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Moldova, Monaco, Montenegro, Netherlands, North Macedonia, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Russia, San Marino, Serbia, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, Ukraine.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:

We do offer international shipping, please Contact Us before Purchasing, via the Contact form.

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Large Plush Toys is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.

REFUNDS, RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

We accept returns up to 14 days after delivery (if you are within UK), if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return. 

However, We will not be able to accept returns from Countries other than the UK and we will happily work to resolve the issue you are facing.

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please contact us, via the contact us form as soon as possible, or email us at largeplushtoys@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
